- Valerian, a reference plant for sleep.
These ingredients are combined with GABA, a beneficial natural substance present in the body, highly dosed at 200 mg, as well as lavender essential oil and vitamins B3 and B6 to complete this soothing formula.
Non-habit forming. Melatonin-free.
Caution: The export of this product is prohibited in the United States of America. Take 1 tablet daily with a large glass of water (200 ml), half an hour before bedtime.
