Thanks to its triple-release technology, it acts throughout the night to offer a targeted triple action:
- Immediate release: facilitates falling asleep thanks to a high concentration of melatonin.
- Extended release up to 8h: helps limit night-time awakenings and promotes quality sleep, thanks to California poppy, passionflower, valerian, and GABA.
- Final extended release: contributes to relaxation and deep sleep, thanks to red poppy, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, and ashwagandha.
By releasing its active ingredients progressively, this food supplement acts effectively throughout the night.
Its formula combines ingredients known for their relaxing properties, offering a natural solution to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, limit awakenings, and guarantee a restful sleep.
Take 1 tablet in the evening with a large glass of water (200 ml), half an hour before bedtime.
