- Immediate release: helps you fall asleep thanks to a high concentration of melatonin.
- Prolonged release up to 8 hours: helps limit night-time awakenings and promotes quality sleep, thanks to California poppy, passionflower, valerian and GABA.
- Final prolonged release: contributes to relaxation and deep sleep, thanks to poppy, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12 and ashwagandha.
By releasing its active ingredients gradually, this dietary supplement acts effectively throughout the night.
