Granions Shilajit 1000 mg 60 Capsules balances body and mind.
It's nutrient-rich, with over 85 essential minerals and trace elements, as well as bioactive compounds such as fulvic acid and humic acid.
This combination works synergistically to balance body and mind.
Lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free.
Vegan.
12-18 years: 1 capsule a day, morning or noon, with meal.
Adults: 2 capsules a day, spread out over the day: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at lunchtime or at 4pm, at mealtime.
Avoid taking after 4 p.m. to avoid affecting sleep.
This dietary supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
