Take 1 to 2 teaspoons a day (approx. 2.9 to 5.8 g a day) in two doses.
Per dose: dilute a single teaspoon (approx. 2.9 g) in a large glass of water, stir well and consume immediately.
To complete absorption, rinse the glass well with water and drink the second glass of water.
It is important to drink plenty of water while taking this product.
Not recommended for children under 6. Do not exceed one dose per day for children aged 7 to 12.
