Holinutria Beauté Collagène+ 12 Sticks is a dietary supplement based on collagen, a substance naturally present in the body. The type of collagen most present in the skin is type I. It forms the link between the hypodermis and the epidermis, and, together with elastin, ensures the structure of the dermis.
This dietary supplement provides 5 g of collagen per stick: 95% type I, 5% type III.
Made in France.
Take 1 stick a day for 12 renewable days. Take with a meal, diluted in a drink or mixed in a soft food (yoghurt, compote, sauce).
It's best to stick to the recommended daily dose.
