Humer Inhalation 8 Effervescent Tablets is a medical inhalation device indicated as a treatment to relieve cold symptoms and contributes to the well-being of the nasal respiratory tract, particularly in cases of blocked nose. It relieves symptoms of nasopharyngeal congestion.
Propolis exerts a mechanical protective action on mucous membranes, forming a mucoadhesive film to shield them from external agents.
Essential oils help promote respiratory well-being.
Methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM), sodium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate promote mucus fluidification through an osmotic action.
Once dissolved, the tablets release warm, moist vapors that reach the nasal mucosa through breathing, helping to thin and eliminate stagnant mucus.
Bring at least half a liter of water to the boil and pour into a container or inhaler, then add 1-2 tablets.
Inhale the warm, moist vapours from a distance of around 20 centimetres for 10 minutes, blowing your nose regularly.
Use up to 3 times a day for 3 days.
It is recommended to break the tablets, ensuring that the water is simmering so that the tablets dissolve completely, in order to release the active ingredients.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components. In the event of adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Do not use on children under 7, or on pregnant or breast-feeding women, unless medically recommended.
For external use only. Do not swallow tablets or drink solution.
Keep out of reach of children and anyone who might accidentally swallow the solution. In case of ingestion or irritation, consult a doctor.
Do not use if packaging is altered or damaged. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Use medical device away from open flames.
Direct contact with eyes may cause irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water for several minutes.
Keep face at a distance of about 20 cm to prevent hot water vapour from irritating the skin.
Wash hands thoroughly after use.
The expiration date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened packaging.
Tablets are brittle due to the presence of large quantities of essential oils. Any breakage of the tablets does not affect the efficacy and safety of the medical device.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
