Directions for use
Take 4 capsules a day with a full glass of water before the meal. Charcoal can decrease intestinal absorption of drugs. Keep catches at least 2 hours away.
The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1000 mg at least 30 minutes before the meal and 1000 mg just after it.
