Juvamine Sleep 3in1 Melatonin + Plants 30 Sucking Tablets is a food supplement elaborated with a complete formula with specific active ingredients :
- Melatonin is a molecule naturally synthesized by the body. It helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1mg of melatonin before bedtime). In case of travel, melatonin also helps to reduce the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at the destination);
- Passionflower contributes to relaxation and will promote a good night rest;
- Rhodiola helps to reduce stress-induced fatigue;
- Poppy is known to promote good sleep, to facilitate falling asleep and to reduce states of nervousness.

Take 1 tablet a day, to be sucked, in the evening at bedtime. Program of 1 month.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Prolonged use is not recommended.
