Description
L'Herbôthicaire L'Herbô 6 Hepatic Comfort Herbal Complex for Organic Herbal Tea 50g is a complex based on :
- dandelion, which helps maintain normal liver function and contributes to the proper functioning of the bile ducts,
- rosemary, which promotes hepatobiliary drainage,
- peppermint for digestive functions.
Certified Organic Agriculture. Control FR-BIO-01.
Directions for use
3 to 4 tablespoons or 12 to 16 g per liter of water.
- Infusion: This preparation is recommended mainly for leaves, flowers or flowering tops. To make a successful infusion, pour 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water into a glass or porcelain container, cover (especially for aromatic plants containing volatile principles) and stir occasionally. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then carefully strain.
- Decoction: Most commonly used when stems, roots or bark are present. Place your plants directly in cold drinking water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. Leave to infuse for a further ten minutes or so before filtering.
- Maceration: Some plants cannot stand high temperatures. For these, it's best to macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in drinking water at room temperature, then filter.
Do not exceed recommended doses.
