This food supplement is enriched with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, preferably during meals.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA/DHA.
