- Before shampooing, on dry hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 5 minutes or overnight as required.
- In the shower, on damp hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing.
- As a leave-in treatment: apply to ends and driest areas for extra discipline.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
