Lamazuna Menstrual Cup Size 1 is a menstrual cup that replaces tampons and sanitary napkins.
Once installed, it stays in place for up to 6 hours and presents no risk of leakage and no discomfort, while being very discreet. Soft and easy to clean, its quality and durability are far superior to that of conventional silicone
It is available in 2 sizes:
- Size 1: for a light flow. Diameter: 42 mm / Length: 47 mm / Capacity: 23 ml.
- Size 2: for a medium or heavy flow or if you have already given birth by vaginal delivery. Diameter: 46 mm / Length: 52 mm / Capacity: 30 ml.
Latex-free, phthalate-free, BPA-free and bleach-free.
Vegan. Animal cruelty free.

The very feminine pouch is made of organic cotton, certified Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Fitting: Fold your Lamazuna Feminine Cup and insert it at the entrance to the vagina. You can leave it in place for up to 6 hours.
To remove: After washing your hands, grab it by the little stem and pinch the cup to create a draft, before gently removing it. Then gently slide it out. Empty it, rinse it with tap water, then reposition it.
The small perforations on the side create a suction effect that prevents any risk of leakage.
Interview:
- Before each use: Sterilize your cup by boiling it for 10 minutes.
- During the cycle: Rinse with cold water.
- At the end of the cycle: Keep your cup in its cotton pouch, not in an airtight box.
