Madame la Présidente Resolution N°7 No-Rinse Hair Care 250 ml is a leave-in treatment that moisturizes and strengthens dry, damaged hair.
Enriched with highly moisturizing active ingredients, this treatment intensely nourishes hair while strengthening its structure.
Cinnamon extract stimulates blood circulation, purifies the scalp and helps combat dandruff, while ginkgo leaf improves microcirculation, prevents hair loss and protects against oxidative stress.
As for kigelia, it tones and revitalizes the scalp, promotes density and has a soothing, anti-inflammatory effect.
