Description

Medela Hands Free Electric Milk Puller Double Freestyle 21mm / 24mm is a compact breast pump, ideal for active moms.
Its self-contained motor slips easily into a pocket, and its ultra-light collectors (76 g each) can be inserted into the bra, so the free orientation of the tubing allows optimal hands-free expression.
These comfortable, discreet collectors follow the shape of the breasts to maximize milk expression while reducing compression of breast tissue.
The included nipple shields are available in two different sizes (21mm and 24mm) and have a capacity of 150 ml.

Easy to install, easy to clean and dishwasher-safe, the collectors ensure practical, everyday use.
The 2-hour battery can be recharged via USB, making them ideal for use on the move.
Thanks to its technology, it imitates baby's natural sucking rhythm for efficient, comfortable milk collection.

It offers automatic monitoring and personalized support tailored to individual needs.
Its transparent design facilitates nipple positioning and ensures optimal milk flow.

This electric breast pump combines comfort and mobility, making it ideal for mothers who want to express milk freely and without constraints.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from App should focus on pumping While I have no real issues with the pump, I have some real concerns with the app. I’m pumping to donate my milk after losing my son at 25 weeks gestation and while I can get past the packaging having a giant collage of happy babies it was a massive gut punch to be required to enter my baby’s name and birthdate to get started on the app. Why is this even necessary? I want to use the app to track my pumps because I’ve never pumped or breastfed before but I have no baby to track the growth of. Worse yet, when I clicked that I had a negative experience with my first time pumping, the troubleshooting articles are all “breastfeeding this” “breastfeeding that” but all I want to know is about pumping. Even when adding an event on the app everything is about changing, feeding, measuring baby and pumping is only a tiny icon mixed in there. Would love to see an option to focus only on pumping and not the baby I couldn’t take home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I used this once and then one cup stopped working/lost suction. I have to manually plug the tube with my thumb to get the other cup to work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works fine but a few frustrating design flaws Overall this pump has been fine for me, but if I could go back in time I probably wouldn’t have gone with a different pump. There are a few things that just weren’t quite right. The first and most frustrating is the lack of a screenlock on the display panel. It advertises itself as good for “designed for multitasking” and the promotional picture shows a woman with the control consol in her pocket, but this is not possible as the touch buttons press with the lightest touch. I even struggle to have it round my neck on a lanyard as it turns itself off or changes the speed/suction. It took me a while to get the hang of transferring my milk from the cups into a bag as they spill very easily. You cannot set them down as they roll and spill milk so it’s quite fiddly and resulted in a few spillages which is so frustrating when you are starting out - every drop is so precious! The cups have a flat bottom so they can stand, but any milk that is in the funnel bit spills out when sat this way, so if you sit them on the curved side they wobble about and spill this way. Being pernickity, it’s very loud. Other pumps I used first time round were quieter. Overall, I just feel these design oversights are really quite major and quite obvious so I feel it isn’t worth the hefty price tag. Because if the price I have stuck with it, and as I say it works fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks First pump leaked like crazy.. then broke down after 1 month of usage. I have received a replacement only to find out - it leaks again! What’s the point of pumping if you loose all your milk in the process?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from High price, poor pump Bought this pump and ended up having to return it under warranty for a new one due to issues with the pump not turning on despite doing exactly as the troubleshooting said. It would turn on but would do exactly the same again later on and I'd have to keep resetting it. The flanges only come in 2 sizes meaning using it makes your nipples sore, the measuring guide is outdated, new research suggests flanges should just fit the nipple with no room for any areola. The cups leak, I've had a couple of times where my bra would be wet, I'd look and the cups leaked. The controls have no lock, so it pauses whilst in your pocket. The cups have the whole at the top so bend ever so slightly over and milk spills. Lots of reviews state some of these issues, but it sounds like Medela do not want to make any changes to improve the product. Not worth the high price. I've had issues with my replacement pump so will be returning the replacement for a refund, and will be going elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed, not really handsfree I’m confused by all of the positive reviews. From what I see, all positive reviews are comparing this handsfree breast pump to regular breast pumps which I don’t think is fair, of course this is better than pumping manually. Personally, I haven’t been all that satisfied for many reasons. 1. If you’re going to buy a wearable pump, I would suggest a model without a giant attached control unit making it not truly handsfree. The controls unit is way too big to fit into any pocket, the string they have attached to it is completely useless, I end up having to hold it the entire time I’m pumping if I want to do anything around the house which defeats the purpose of a wearable pump. 2. The touch screen buttons freeze constantly, almost every other feed which results in me having to turn off and turn the pump back on again every time to reset the buttons which interrupts the pumping session. 3. There are tiny holes at the top of each breast pump that can not close. I’ve lost almost entire feeds due to having to bend over to pick up my baby while pumping and having literally all of the milk I had just pumped spill out and onto my shirt. The Medela handsfree, not truly a handsfree pump. I’m sure it’s great if you’re used to manual pumping or something where you’re locked in for the entire session. If you have any aspirations of going about your day or doing anything productive, including caring for your baby, don’t buy this pump.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inconsistent Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. Although the hands free design is convenient, it does not make up for its finicky assembly and poor performance. Approximately 1 in every 5 uses it fails to work for no apparent reason, and you retrieve little to no milk at the end of your pumping session. This requires you take the pump apart and reassemble it in the hopes that you’ve corrected whatever the issue was (as it isn’t obvious from visual inspection alone). Due to the design, it isn’t always obvious it hasn’t worked until after you’ve finished pumping (as you have to pull up your shirt and check inside your bra to see the milk level), meaning what you intended to be a 15 minute session can turn into a 30 min one if you aren’t diligent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont bother its rubbish Load of rubbish, its a nightmare to fit and stay on breast, its absolutely not freestyle you cant move about as the control doesnt have a lock on and it changes settings or turns off. Doesnt fill milk past the funnel where nipple go's in. Charge only lasts 2 hours if thay it basically needs took off the market. Worst breast pump ever. Cheaper alternatives do a better job Ive reverted back to Mam breast pump as i collect triple the amount of milk. You also cant see how much milk youve collected. Cant bend down or be "hands free" at all. Its a waste of money
