Place a poultice in a glass or plastic container.
Cover with hot water at 50/60°.
Let sit for a maximum of 5 minutes.
Take the poultice, let it cool to 40/45° and apply it to the chosen area.
If needed, wrap with a towel.
When the poultice is cold, remove it then place it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
