Shake the ampoule before opening.
Given the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear but does not affect its quality in any way.
Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken them.
Using a paper towel, break off the 1st end away from the glass to avoid any falling debris.
Turn the ampoule over and place the 1st end over the glass.
Break the 2nd end, away from the glass, using a paper towel.
Let the liquid flow out.
Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
1 ampoule per day, to be taken in the morning at breakfast time.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age, if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day, and in case of allergy to salicylic derivatives, to plants of the Asteraceae or Apiaceae family (anise, celery, etc.), to mugwort pollen, or to anethole.
Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
Contains around 1 mg of EGCG per ampoule.
Contains caffeine (around 10 mg per day).
Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.
