Directions for use

Take before meals with a large glass of water.

Adults: take 3 capsules a day.

Children from 6 to 12 years old: take 1 capsule a day.

Adolescents from 13 to 18 years old: take 2 capsules a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

Not recommended for people with a history of allergy to bee products.

Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not leave within the reach of young children.

Keep away from light, heat and moisture.

Indication: For adults and children from 6 years.
