Shake the ampoule before opening.
Given the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear but does not affect its quality in any way.
Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken them.
Using a paper towel, break the 1st end off the glass to avoid any falling debris.
Turn the ampoule over and place the 1st end over the glass.
Break the 2nd end, off the glass, using a paper towel.
Allow the liquid to flow out.
Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
1 ampoule per day, to be taken in the morning at breakfast time.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The intake can be repeated several times a year.
Must not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under 18 years of age.
Must not be used if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
Must not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Not recommended for people suffering from allergies to salicylic derivatives.
If you are taking anticoagulant treatment, ask your doctor for advice.
Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate or more (EGCG).
