Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improved my severe hand eczema This cream has improved my hand eczema. Normally my hands are covered in dry-skin, cracks, bacteria, and blood. I bought this cream by accident, and it has helped. It seems to eat the bacteria. I don't know how long the effects will last but it feels amazing. Normally, people with eczema buy dry skin products. I bought this by mistake.

I wasn't a fan as I like thick creams that make me feel moisturised. Although my skin wasn't greasy looking, I had to top up various times throughout the day because I felt there was not enough. I think moisturiser is ok but not the usual texture that I would prefer!
