Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good eye cream but poor packaging The previous Nivea eye creams that I've used have been in plastic tubes. It's now in a metal tube and it's messy as the cream continues to come out of the tube after I stop squeezing it. The eye cream itself works fine though.

I’ve been using this for many years, trying to keep crows feet and dark circles at bay, it was doing a not too bad job until I bought a tube of the new formula. After using it for 4 weeks now my eyes look terrible, the skin looking dry , crepey and wrinkled, very disappointing, I will not be buying this again. Please change it back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible new formula The old formula contained a good amount of proper vitamin c (ascorbic acid), it was the 5th ingredient on the ingredients list. But the new formula only contains sodium ascorbyl phosphate (a far less effective and less studied form of vitamin c) and it is only the 14th ingredient on the ingredient list, which means the amount and form of vitamin c is nowhere near enough to be effective. Why change a good formula that had the proper type of vitamin c and an effective amount of vitamin c? You completely ruined this product. Useless.

On first use, I thought the cream would be too thick, but it glided onto my skin with ease and was quickly absorbed, leaving my skin soft and supple. As for the effects - yes, I have noticed a slightly more bright appearance, but my eye area still looks tired and puffy, despite me eating well and getting plenty of sleep
