Nutergia Ergynuit Sommeil Fort 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement containing plants, high-dose melatonin, vitamins, and magnesium.
Thanks to its melatonin concentration, it promotes faster falling asleep.
Eschscholtzia, for its part, improves the quality of natural sleep by reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, improving sleep duration, promoting better fitness upon waking, and limiting night-time awakenings.
