Before applying it, heat the oil between your hands, then place them in a cup under the nose while inhaling to enjoy the benefits of its fragrance.
- On the face, use the oil alone or by mixing a few drops in the palm of your hand with a Nuxe cream. Spread by smoothing movements from the center to the contours of the face. Can be used in men's beard care, to make it supple and silky.
- On the body, apply by circular movements (bust, legs, ...), insisting on the driest areas and / or prone to stretch marks.
- On hair, apply to lengths and ends as often as needed. For an intense care effect, apply once or twice a week as a mask to the entire hair. Leave on for 10 minutes before shampooing.
- For a moment of serenity and absolute relaxation, pour a few drops of oil into the lukewarm water of your bath.
