OptiFibre 125g is a 2 in 1 solution effective in case of constipation:
- It offers a laxative action with efficacy clinically proven: it softens stools and increases their frequency,
- It rebalances the intestinal flora by its prebiotic action by increasing the quantity of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.
This product has a natural, physiological and progressive mode of action thanks to its unique ingredients; partially hydrolysed Guar fibre.
It is suitable for patients in case of constipation, including children under 3 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Simple to use, it easily integrates in daily life. Without taste and odour and non texturising, it can be mixed with all kinds of non-carbonated drinks (water, coffee, fruit juice,...) or foods (yogurt, soup,...) hot or cold.
The box contains 25 doses of 5g.
Lactose free, gluten free, added sugars free.
Dye free, flavour free, preservative free.
It is advisable to use OptiFibre gradually in order to adjust the dose to individual needs.
- Adult: Start with 1 scoop per day and if necessary, depending on personal sensitivity, gradually increase by 1 scoop every 3 days. Do not exceed 4 scoops per day (20 g).
- Child over 3 years old: Start with ½ scoop per day then, if necessary, increase to 1 scoop. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day (5 g).
- Child over 10 years old: Start with ½ scoop per day then, if necessary, gradually increase without exceeding 2 scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day (10 g).
The daily dose is to be spread over the day and should not be exceeded without medical advice.
It is recommended to use the product from the first feelings of discomfort. The first laxative effects can be felt from 48h to 72h, depending on personal sensitivity.
For a rebalance of the intestinal flora, the recommended duration of intake is at least 14 days. The mode of action of the product being natural, the catch can be renewed according to the needs.

Unopened, store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep for up to 8 weeks.
Once prepared, consume quickly or within 24 hours if well covered and refrigerated.
