- Selenium, zinc, vitamin E and vitamin C help protect cells against UV-induced oxidative stress.
- Zinc helps maintain normal skin that may be weakened by exposure to the sun.

Take 2 capsules a day, with a full glass of water, 1 month before and during exposure.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
