Phytosun Arôms Sleep Triple Action 30 Tablets is a food supplement based on essential oil and plant extracts, including lemon balm, which acts effectively in the event of difficult sleep to help improve the quality of sleep.
- Action on the relaxation and the falling asleep: The extract of lemon balm contributes to an optimal relaxation and helps to fall asleep.
- Action on the quality of the sleep: The extract of melissa contributes to maintain a healthy sleep.
- Action on fatigue: Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue.

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
