1. Clean your work surface and wash your hands thoroughly. Always use a clean, rinsed and dried baby bottle and its accessories.
2. Consult the table of recommended quantities to find the exact volume of water to pour into the bottle. Pour the water and warm it up (max. 40°C) if you wish.
3. Add the exact number of level scoops of powder corresponding to the volume of water. Level each scoop on the rim.
4. Place the scoop on its holder in the box and close it.
5. Close the bottle with the ring and the teat. Roll the bottle between your hands to let the milk powder go down, then shake it up and down until completely dissolved.
6. Check the temperature on the inside of your forearm.

Dosage to be strictly respected: one level scoop in 30 ml of water. An inappropriate amount of powder can lead to dehydration or deprive your child of adequate nutrition. The frequency of bottles and quantities to prepare are average indications. The volume and number of bottles should be adjusted by health professionals to the needs of each child. Any change in formula may cause, in some infants, transient changes in the frequency and consistency of stools, which is no cause for concern. If in doubt, do not hesitate to speak to a health professional.

Breast milk remains, for each infant, the ideal and natural food. However, if you cannot or do not wish to breastfeed, the medical profession will advise an infant milk for your child. Do not change it without seeking advice from your doctor.

For your baby's good health, it is important to respect the preparation instructions and the following guidelines:

• Prepare the bottle just before the meal. Use a mineral or spring water suitable for infants. To avoid the formation of lumps, reconstitute the bottle with lukewarm water and prefer a wide-neck bottle.
• To warm the water, we do not recommend using a microwave oven due to the risk of burns. Prefer a water bath or a bottle warmer.
• Only use the scoop contained in this box.
• It is recommended to give the bottle within one hour of preparation if prepared at room temperature, or within half an hour if warmed. Throw away any remaining unfinished bottle without hesitation.
• Always hold your baby securely while they take their bottle to avoid any risk of choking. As soon as your baby is old enough, offer them a cup instead of the bottle.
• Store the closed box in a cool, dry place, for no more than 4 weeks after opening.
