1. Clean your work surface then wash your hands thoroughly. Always use a clean, rinsed and dried feeding bottle and accessories.
2. Consult the table of recommended quantities to know the exact volume of water to pour into the bottle. Pour the water and warm it up (max. 40°C) if you wish.
3. Add the exact number of level scoops of powder corresponding to the volume of water. Level each scoop on the rim.
4. Place the scoop on its support in the box and close it.
5. Close the bottle with the collar and teat. Roll the bottle between your hands to let the milk powder settle, then shake it up and down until completely dissolved.
6. Check the temperature on the inside of your forearm.

Dosage to be strictly followed: one level scoop in 30 ml of water. An inappropriate amount of powder can lead to dehydration or deprive your child of adequate nutrition. The frequency of feeding bottles and the quantities to prepare are average indications. The volume and number of bottles should be adjusted by healthcare professionals to the needs of each child. Any change in formula may cause temporary changes in stool frequency and consistency in some infants without cause for concern. If in doubt, do not hesitate to speak with a healthcare professional.

Breast milk remains, for every infant, the ideal and natural food. However, if you cannot or do not wish to breastfeed, healthcare professionals will advise an infant formula for your child. Do not change it without asking your doctor's advice.

For your baby's good health, it is important to respect the following preparation instructions:

• Prepare the bottle just before the feed. Pour mineral water or spring water suitable for infants. To avoid the formation of lumps, reconstitute the bottle with warm water and prefer a wide-diameter bottle.
• To warm the water, we do not recommend using a microwave oven due to the risk of burns. Prefer a bain-marie or a bottle warmer.
• Exclusively use the scoop contained in this box.
• It is recommended to give the bottle within one hour after its preparation if prepared at room temperature, or within half an hour if warmed. Throw away any leftover unfinished bottle without hesitation.
• Always hold your baby securely while they are having their bottle to avoid any risk of choking. As soon as your baby is old enough, offer them a cup instead of the bottle.
• Store the closed box in a cool, dry place, for no more than 4 weeks after opening.
