Description
REVLON MAKEUP Colorstay Eyeliner 0.28 g - Colour: 012 Black Violet is a waterproof formula that glides on smoothly and stays in place for up to 24 hours.
Its ultra-pigmented, lightweight, and waterproof formula glides on without irritating the eyelid.
This pencil features a pencil tip and a built-in sharpener for precise application, as well as a smudger tip for achieving a smoky eye effect.

Directions for use
Step 1: Twist the tip of your pencil to get enough product.
Step 2: Draw a line along your lash line, starting from the inner corner to the outer corner.
Step 3: Create intense lines for a cat-eye look or use the smudger tip for a smoky look.
Step 4: Keep a fine tip using the sharpener.
