Description
REVLON MAKEUP Colorstay Eyeliner 0.28 g is a waterproof formula that glides on smoothly and stays in place for up to 24 hours.
Its ultra-pigmented, lightweight, and waterproof formula glides on without irritating the eyelid.
This pencil features a pencil tip and a built-in sharpener for precise application, as well as a smudger tip for achieving a smoky eye effect.
Ophthalmologist tested.
Directions for use
Step 1: Twist the tip of your pencil to get enough product.
Step 2: Draw a line along your lash line, starting from the inner corner to the outer corner.
Step 3: Create intense lines for a cat-eye look or use the smudger tip for a smoky look.
Step 4: Keep a fine tip using the sharpener.

Solid colour
Have used this particular eyeliner for a while . Good solid colour and can be smudged well if preferred look . I have eyeliner tattoos and this is a great top up for this .

Easy little eyeliner that is perfect to take out on nights out in your handbag. Easy to use and stays on for a while before needing a top up! Would recommend as a nice cheap going out product :)

My go to eyeliner, easy to apply and long lasting without smudges but easy to clean after. The colour is deep and long lasting and very noticeable and doesn’t take up much room in my make up bag.

Lasting eye pencil
I have tried different eye pencils for my hooded eyes. It’s good but smudge a bit when my skin goes a bit oily. Slightly hard to apply as not too soft to apply but price wise good
