Semi-Permanent Hair Colour Igora Vibrance 0-00 Neutral Schwarzkopf offers a neutral semi-permanent color that can be used as a thinner to reduce the intensity of colorations and create pastel highlights.
Shade 0-00 can also be applied on its own as a gloss service.

Non-pigmented formula for diluting Igora Vibrance colorants or simply adding shine to hair.
Directions for use:
Dilute :
- Add the desired amount of color 0-00 Neutre to the chosen Igora Vibrance shade.
- Increase the amount of developer accordingly, always maintaining a 1:2 mixing ratio with Color Cream and Activating Lotion.
- Use the instructions for use to find out the recommended mixing ratios according to dilution level.
- Apply according to instructions.
Shine:
- To stimulate shine, apply color 0-00 generously from roots to ends (without activator).
- Leave on for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on hair structure, then rinse thoroughly.
