Description

Solgar Magnesium Citrate 60 Tablets is a food supplement in form of tablets based on Magnesium Citrate with high potential and highly assimilable.

This food supplement does not contain sugar, salt, gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners or artificial flavors.

Suitable with vegetarians.

Directions for use

For 1 adult: 1 tablet per day, preferably swallowed with a meal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Boosts energy levels [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking 2 magnesium citrate food supplements tablets at mealtimes for just over 6 weeks now. They have made such a difference to my energy levels and muscle fatigue. I started to feel the difference around the 3 week period, I wasn't so tired all the time, and my moods improved as well as my physical health. After exercising, I wasn't as tired, and my limbs weren't aching after sessions. The food supplements are packaged in a brown glass jar with a gold lid and foil fresh seal. The tablets are on the large size and did find them hard to take at the start, but I slowly got used to the size, and they became easier to swallow. They are suitable for vegans and sugar & starch free.

It contains 400mg of magnesium citrate per 2 tablets. You take 2 tablets daily. They are quite large tablets but I am use to taking large vitamin tablets. They are smooth in texture and go down easily. I have been taking these tablets daily for a couple of weeks now. I have noticed some difference in my energy levels and I do feel I am awake a lot longer without feeling overly tired. They are suitable for vegans and vegetarians too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from the pill itself is extremely large [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting the effectiveness aside, the pill itself is extremely large - about the size of the tip of my little finger. It's quite difficult to swallow, so I wouldn't recommend it for people who have trouble swallowing tablets. After taking it, I did notice some improvement in my sleep quality and I no longer woke up during the night to use the bathroom. However, I still experienced occasional sudden awakenings.

My energy levels have increased and I feel great. I thought the tablets would be hard to swallow but it's fine. The packaging surprise me its a big sturdy bottle which is fine.

Free from gluten and good thick texture. Good shelf life and not bad taste though. Consistent taking gives better results. Pure tablets. Love it!
