Description

Solgar Vitamin B 12 500mcg 50 Vegetable Capsules is a food complement.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions for use

As a food supplement for adults, 1 vegetable capsule daily, preferably with meals.

Obviously one cannot attest to its efficacy in the short term, but Solgar has a reputation for quality products, so I wholly trust their product will deliver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Normal walking restored If you look at the Harvard Medical website, you will find a list of effects of B12 deficiency. I had several of those, especially a wobbly way of walking. Solgar's B12 has ended that, and along with other supplements gives me energy and brightness.
