Synergia D-Stress Day & Night 60 Tablets is a food supplement with a Day formula to help manage stress, and a Night formula to help improve sleep.
- Magnesium and vitamins B2, B3, B5 and B6 contribute to energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) helps restore normal intellectual performance and improve resistance to stress.
- Eschscholtzia californica contributes to optimal relaxation, improves sleep onset, reduces nocturnal awakenings and provides natural, restorative sleep.
- Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
- Bacopa monnieri relieves stress and improves sleep quality.
Vegan.
Take 1 Day tablet in the morning and at lunchtime, and 1 Night tablet at bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
