Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful - worst Tena product yet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m unsure why so my inco products are going clothed backed, but why are awful, they leak when nowhere near capacity, they sag, they start tear when walking! You have to constantly reposition the tabs! And they do not hide smells of urine The only plus side to the cloth backing is, it’s slightly cooler in summer, but 3 x the normal change’s it’s just not worth the extra hassle
