Open the sachet just before use.
Do not cut the patch.
Remove the paper from the adhesive sides.
Place on the painful area, adhesive side against the skin.
Refer to the Do not use section to find out the areas where the patch must not be applied.
These patches reach their therapeutic temperature in 30 minutes.
Remove the product after 8 hours.
The duration of treatment must not exceed 7 consecutive days.

This product may cause burns or blisters.
Check your skin frequently during use.
If you feel or notice irritation or a burn, remove the product immediately.

For users who are not self-sufficient or for users aged 12 to 18: Adult supervision is required.
For people aged 55 or over: The risk of burns increases with age.
If you are 55 or over, wear the patches over clothing, and do not use while sleeping.
Consult your doctor before use if you are diabetic, if you suffer from circulatory disorders, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.

Stop use and consult a doctor:

• In case of discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or any other persistent change where you placed the patch.
• If after 7 days, your pain worsens or remains unchanged.

Each cell contains iron (around 2 g):

• If the patch feels too hot, stop use or wear it over clothing and not directly on your skin.
• To avoid any increased risk of burns, remove the product before any MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) procedure.
• Keep the self-heating patch dry.

Any serious incident occurring in connection with the device must be reported to the manufacturer, the authorized representative, and the local competent authorities.
This product does not require any special storage conditions.
After use, dispose of the patch as soon as it is no longer warm, in accordance with local disposal regulations, avoiding the dispersal of its contents into the environment.
