Uberti Organic Black Psyllium 180 g is a food supplement from organic farming, made from brown psyllium seeds.
Naturally rich in fiber, they contain mucilage which, on contact with water, forms a gel promoting digestive comfort and the proper functioning of intestinal transit.
Traditionally used to support digestion, psyllium helps increase stool volume and facilitates its evacuation thanks to its mechanical action.
It can also be integrated into a balanced diet in order to increase fiber intake and promote a feeling of satiety.
Easy to incorporate into yogurt, compote, a smoothie or a glass of water, brown psyllium seeds easily fit into the daily routine.

You can consume the seeds in 2 different ways:
- Mix the seeds with 300 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or other) then drink the entire preparation.
- Mix the seeds with 300 ml of water and let sit for 10 minutes. Drink the gel that has formed.
The effect starts 12h to 24h after intake.
It is important to have a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Adult and adolescent: 2 teaspoons 3 times a day.
- Child over 6 years of age: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
Use in children under 6 years of age is not recommended.
Space the taking of medications and psyllium by 2 hours.
Close tightly after use.
Store in a dry place, away from light and heat (<18°C).
