UPSA Hydrafizz Hydra+Sport 16 Effervescent Tablets is specially designed to optimize sports performance while promoting recovery.
Its formula combines essential electrolytes, ginseng, vitamin C, magnesium and BCAAs.
For optimal hydration during physical activity, it offers a combination of essential electrolytes that help maintain the body's water balance.
Enriched with Ginseng, it boosts vitality and physical stamina, while vitamin C and magnesium support muscle function.
What's more, the BCAAs present in this dietary supplement promote recovery after exercise, reduce fatigue and contribute to better endurance.
No colorants.

2 effervescent tablets a day, dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended in cases of biliary obstruction or other biliary function disorders, in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family, to people with an allergy to salicylic derivatives or intolerance to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, to people on anticoagulant therapy, to pregnant and breast-feeding women, to the elderly or with kidney disease.
