Valdispert Sommeil Intégral 30 Double Tablets is a dietary supplement in capsule form based on Melatonin and plants.
This supplement contains :
- melatonin 1.9 mg to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The effect is achieved by taking at least 1 mg of Melatonin before bedtime.
- lemon balm extract for optimal night-time relaxation and sleep quality.
- valerian for natural sleep.
- hawthorn to help reduce agitation and improve sleep.
- california poppy for quality sleep.
- passion flower for a good night's sleep.
The first layer of these tablets releases 1.9 mg of Melatonin in 15 minutes to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The second layer releases a blend of herbs for 8 hours to help you avoid waking up in the middle of the night.
No known dependence or addiction at recommended doses.
Lactose-free, gluten-free.
Vegan.
1 tablet to be taken with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
