Useless in the US
I bought this product expecting it to work in the USA. ( My error) It has a European plug, which is incompatible. I contacted the company to ask for a return. I was informed that I would have to pay the postage back to France. UPS wants $430 to ship it. There is no adaptor to operate this in the US. I begged the company for a return postage-paid sticker, and they are refusing me. I am stuck with a $143.00 paperweight.
I would have expected that Velcta France's customer service would have reached out to a US customer to ensure that the electrical capabilities matched.
