Vitavea Vita'Relax Mélatonine Balance 30 Capsules combines melatonin with valerian and lemon balm extracts, as well as GABA, L-tryptophan, zinc and vitamin B6.
Its formula uses patented Mélotime technology, allowing a sustained release of melatonin over a period of 6 to 8 hours.
Each capsule provides 1.9 mg of melatonin.
It contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep.
