VoltActive Left Ankle Brace - Size: M is a unisex orthosis of anatomic form endowed with integrated stable hank which allows to compress the ankle.
It promotes sensomotricity and stimulates thus the muscle stimulation.
Its 3D knitting technology offers an anatomical fit with specific compression zones and ankle protection. Technogel inserts with anatomical design protect and support the ankle.
It is indicated in case of:
- Inflammatory states of the ankle (post-traumatic, post-operative and chronic).
- Ankle swelling (post-traumatic, post-operative and chronic).
- Light feeling of instability.
- Mild ligament instability.
- Light pain in the ankle.
- Tendinopathy.
- Joint effusion.
- Low to moderate ankle sprains.
It is developed for moderated sport activities, as jogging, hiking, football, tennis, fitness and gardening.
To allow its good use and to give it all its efficacy, it is important to well select the size (measure, with measuring tape, around your ankle above the malleolus):

The orthosis is intended exclusively for an orthotic device for the ankle, only for contact with healthy skin and for a single user.
In general, the doctor determines the daily duration of the wearing of the product and its period of use.
The L-shaped ball indicates the outer side of the ankle.
- Putting on the orthosis:
- Roll up the orthosis to the heel.
- Thread the orthosis over the foot to the heel.
- Unfold the rolled-up part of the orthosis, or unroll it upwards.
- Pull the orthosis upwards so that the ankle coincides with the location of the ball.
- Check that the orthosis is properly adjusted and in place.
- Removing the orthosis:
- Hold the orthosis with both hands, at the sides, at the lower end of the fabric.
- Remove the orthosis from the foot by pulling it down.
The following indications require the consultation of a doctor: skin lesions or conditions, inflammations, exuberant scars with edema, redness and excessive heating in the area of ??the fitted body, disorders of the lymphatic circulation and also unexplained edema of the soft parts in the distal part of the orthosis, disturbances in perception and blood circulation in the foot.
In case of skin irritation, stop using it if in doubt.
Do not reuse on several people (risk of contamination by germs). Seek immediate medical attention in the event of any change in health, increased pain.
Check product functionality, wear or deterioration before each use. Stop using the product if it is no longer in working order, or if it is worn or damaged.
Keep product away from flames, embers or other sources of heat. Avoid contact with fatty and acidic products, oils, creams and lotions.
Do not use the product for any purpose other than the intended use and always handle it with care.
Clean the product only with authorized detergents. Clean the orthosis regularly using a washing bag or net, at 30°C with a detergent for delicate laundry, without fabric softener, rinse well. Let it air dry. Avoid direct exposure to heat.
