Weleda Maternity Breastfeeding Herbal Tea Red Fruits Organic 2 x 20 Sachets is an herbal tea specially developed to accompany you during breastfeeding. It contains fennel seeds known to promote the production of breast milk, as well as lemon balm and natural flavors of raspberry and red fruit for a sweet and fruity flavor.

Put 1 sachet in a cup of boiling water (about 250 ml) and let infuse for 5 minutes. Drink 6 cups a day to fully benefit from the effects of fennel.
It is recommended to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
