- Weleda Maternité Tisane Allaitement Fenouil Verveine Bio 20 Sachets is a gourmet herbal tea with fennel and verbena, suitable for breastfeeding.
Anise, caraway, fennel and fenugreek seeds are recognized for their ability to support breast-milk production.
Certified organic. DE-ÖKO-001 certification.
Natrue certified.
- Light Legs Gel:
Apply to legs using gentle, circular, upward movements.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and keep out of reach of children.
- Massage Oil:
From the start of pregnancy, apply the oil in circular movements twice a day to the breasts, thighs, buttocks and stomach.
Can be used after baby's birth and while breast-feeding.
Cleanse nipples with a damp cotton pad before each feed.
- Breastfeeding herbal tea:
Put 1 sachet of herbal tea in a cup of boiling water (around 200 ml) and leave to infuse for around 5 minutes. Drink 3 cups a day to take full advantage of the plant's effects.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
