Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Back & Stomach 1 Bead Pack effectively soothes lower back pain, sciatica, painful periods, stomach aches, and hip pain.

Contains one thermal pack (46,5 x 19 cm) and one large support strap 70 cm long.
Medical device.
- Microwave oven (1200W):
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave oven. Based on a 1200W microwave oven, heat at full power for 50 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature corresponds to your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If extra heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 10 seconds, without exceeding 70 seconds total. Monitor the pack while it is heating, as excessive heat can cause rupture, leakage, or burn the pack.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and reapply it when the temperature is acceptable.
6. If you need to heat it further, follow steps 1 to 5 again. Keep it at room temperature for later hot use.
- Freezer
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your comfort level.
