Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Cervicales 1 Bead Pack effectively soothes neck pain, trapezoid pain, and muscle tension.
When hot, it relaxes and loosens muscles; when cold, it calms inflammation.
Ideal for neck pain related to stress or posture.
It offers rapid and targeted relief, thanks to a natural method, without medicinal active ingredients.
Can be stored in the freezer to meet emergencies when needed.
Contains a thermal pack (33 x 35 cm).

- Microwave Oven (1200W):
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave oven. Based on a 1200W microwave oven, heat at full power for 60 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature matches your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If extra heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 10 seconds, without exceeding 80 seconds in total. Monitor the pack while heating, as excessive heat can cause rupture, leakage, or burn the pack.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the concerned area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and apply it again when the temperature is acceptable.
6. If you need to heat it further, follow steps 1 to 5 again. Keep at room temperature for future hot use.
- Hot Water Bath:
1. Submerge the pack in boiling water for 4 min (if the pack was at room temperature) to 5 min (if the pack was in the freezer).
2. Remove the pack from the water and dry it.
3. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin. You can first apply it to a cloth as a precaution. If the temperature is suitable, you can apply the pack directly to the painful area.
- Freezer:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area.
Note: As freezer temperatures vary, monitor your skin regularly during application to avoid frostbite. Cold does not affect everyone in the same way; always let comfort be your guide. Storage can be in the freezer for future cold use.
