Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Multi-Zones Pocket 1 Gel Bead Pack in a compact and practical format, this bead pack relieves bumps, bruises, hematomas, muscle pain, arthritis, or carpal tunnel syndrome.
Usable hot or cold according to need, it offers fast and targeted relief thanks to a natural method, without medicinal active ingredients:
- Cold: Bumps, hematomas, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, headaches.
- Hot: Muscle pain, arthritis.
It can be kept in the freezer to respond to emergencies when needed.
Contains a thermal pack: 11,5 x 7,5 cm.

- Hot: Microwave (1200W):
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave. Based on a 1200W microwave, heat at full power for 8 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature matches your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If additional heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 2 seconds, not exceeding a total of 14 seconds. Monitor the pack while heating, as excessive heat can cause rupture, leakage, or burn the pack.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and reapply once the temperature is acceptable.
6. If further heating is needed, follow steps 1 through 5 again.
Store at room temperature for future hot use.
- Hot: Hot water bath:
1. Submerge the pack in boiling water for 2 min (if the pack was at room temperature) to 3 min (if the pack was in the freezer).
2. Remove the pack from the water and dry it.
3. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin. You may first apply it over a cloth as a precaution. If the temperature is suitable for you, you can apply the pack directly to the painful area.
- Cold: Freezer:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If it is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area.
Note: Freezer temperatures vary, so monitor the skin regularly during application to avoid frostbite. Cold does not affect everyone in the same way; always let comfort be your guide.
Storage can be in the freezer for future cold use.
