Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Shoulder 1 Bead Pack relieves muscle pain, tendonitis, or rotator cuff inflammation.
Ideal after physical activity, in case of soreness or stiffness, it can be used for relief following shoulder surgery.
It offers optimal coverage of the shoulder.
It is adjustable thanks to straps that allow good support on the area and adapts to every body shape.
It offers quick and targeted relief, thanks to a natural method, without medicinal active ingredients.
Can be stored in the freezer to meet emergencies when needed.
Contains a thermal pack (38 x 28,5 cm) + 1 adjustable support straps.

- Microwave Oven (1200W):
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave oven. Based on a 1200W microwave oven, heat at full power for 70 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature corresponds to your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If additional heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 10 seconds, not exceeding 90 seconds in total. Monitor the pack while it heats, as excessive heat can cause rupture, leakage, or burn the pack.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and reapply when the temperature is acceptable.
6. If you need to heat it further, follow steps 1 to 5 again. Store at room temperature for later hot use.
- Freezer:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. Note: as freezer temperatures vary, monitor the skin regularly during application to avoid frostbite.
Cold does not affect everyone in the same way; always let comfort be your guide. Storage can be in the freezer for later cold use.
