Description

Clinique Take The Day Cleansing Balm 125ml is a light-textured make-up remover that quickly dissolves stubborn eye and face make-up, as well as sunscreens, without having to use cotton.
It also helps remove pollution particles for younger, longer skin.

Its compact texture turns into a silky oil upon application. It offers an impeccable make-up removal. It is non-greasy and does not dry out the skin.

Subjected to allergy and ophthalmology tests.

Without perfume.

Directions for use

Massage with the fingertips on a dry skin. Rinse abundantly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused severe reaction The product removes makeup really well, but unfortunately it caused a very strong reaction on the skin under my eyes. I almost never have allergic reactions, and I've never experienced anything like this even with the cheapest products. The skin under my eyes became extremely dry, red, cracked, and painful. At first, I didn't realize it was caused by this product. I stopped using it for a week while I was treating the skin under my eyes with skincare products. It took about two weeks for it to fully heal. After that, I tried using the product again to remove my makeup, and the same reaction happened: the skin under my eyes became very dry and red again. It feels like a waste of money, which is especially disappointing because it does cleanse really well. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

However, as much as it's effective at makeup removal I personally won't be using this product for eye makeup removal in future, as it clouds your eyes, and will stick to the existing product for this.

I have highly sensitive skin and suffer from dermatitis at times and this product this never causes any flare ups or disturbances. Despite other reviews saying its smells greasy it most certainly doesn't, it's just fragrance free which should always be seen as a bonus. It's more on the expensive side however will say lasts about 4/5 months if used every single day. 10/10
