Gibaud Soin Dos Back-Straightener - Size: Size 3 is a device designed to support your posture and soothe back pain.
It is indicated in the event of postural deficiencies or back pain, and for your daily activities (physical activities and work).
This easy-to-install back straightener thanks to its buckle system improves posture and postural control. It is mixed, black in color.
To allow it to be used correctly and to give it all its effectiveness, it is important to choose its size (measure, with a tape measure):
- For men: around the chest on the nipples (without the arms).
- For women: around the thorax under the chest (without the arms).

A fitting is mandatory for a correct adaptation and a good understanding of the installation. The first installation will be carried out by a healthcare professional and subsequently by the user or a person close to him according to the same protocol.
- Unfold the product.
- Open the self-gripping systems located at the end of the straps.
- Position the thoracic strap around the rib cage and close it by passing the self-gripping part through the buckle. The Gibaud logo on the back must be positioned right side up.
- Place the over-clavicular straps fitted with a buckle on the shoulders. Then place the right and left subclavicular straps under the armpits. Close after passing the hook and loop parts through the loops.
Adapt the tightening of the straps so as to obtain a firm but comfortable support.
Hand wash in warm soapy water (maximum 40 ° C), rinse thoroughly, wring gently.
Do not wear for prolonged periods without medical supervision. This orthosis should not be placed in direct contact with damaged skin. Device to be used on a single patient, not to be reused on several patients. Tighten the straps to obtain a firm but comfortable hold. If you have a problem, such as pain or local signs, remove the device and contact your healthcare professional.
Store away from excessive heat. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
